Once we understand your requirement, we provide you with a detailed proposal and costing. This will clearly illustrate how we:
- never add to your costs but create savings;
- make the marketing process more efficient; and
- ensure market professionals add value to the process.
Finally, we allow you to either pay on a success basis on agreement of sale / tenancy, or reduce costs to a minimum by paying up-front.
