What does 'showcase your property' mean?

'Showcase your property" means showing your property at it's best under Immbro's trusted brand, in a way that gives comfort to buyers, tenants and their agents.

What do you mean by 'trusted brand'?

We are a destination for search agents acting on behalf of buyers and tenants, due to the clarity, consistency and accuracy of our marketing material.

What does a property showcase include?

We offer a state-of-the-art package that shows off your property more fully and more flexibly than an estate agent would.

We guarantee accurate and professional marketing material. Every property we showcase will include:

  • RICS compliant floor plans;
  • at least 5 high-quality photographs taken with equipment suitable for interior photography;
  • detailed descriptive copy of each feature;
  • the location displayed via google maps; and
  • your terms and details of who to contact.

Copyright of all marketing material is transferred to you and photos and floor plans are made available in all commonly used formats, including jpg, png, pdf, tiff and gif.

You will have access to your web-based brochure and marketing material within 2 working days of our visit to your property.

How do I benefit from owning marketing material created by immbro?

What other benefits are there to using your service?

We help you contact buyers and tenants directly by :

  • providing easy-to-use tools to distribute your information to friends and acquaintances via facebook friends and gmail contacts;
  • giving you a free board with your contact details (still a very effective way to market your property); and
  • submitting your details to advertising financed (and therefore free-to-use) property aggregators such as globrix.com.

So what will it cost me?

You still pay, but you pay less than would with estate agents.

You own the material, you know what you are getting and you pay in a manner that is convenient to you. You can chose to pay on completion of sale / start of tenancy, or if you really want to cut costs, then you can pay up-front.

If you are instructing estate agents, we can help you negotiate a reduction in their commission by charging them for supplying them with your marketing material.

OK, one more time, take me through exactly what you do.

Call us up, and once we have some basic details of your property and your requirement, we can provide you a quote.

When you have decided what you need, we will come round, take photos, measure up your property and create the copy for describing your property. Within 2 working days we will edit and upload the information to our web-based publishing and distribution platform and provide you with your own password protected log in details so that you can manage information yourself via the admin console.

We will provide you with support for up to 3 months, including how to manage your information via the admin console and help you supply estate agents with marketing material.
